The Canadian Academy had participated in the International Chamber Forum that took place in Dubai, Park Hyatt Hotel in April 22, 2015 by addressing a paper named " The Lack of Management in an Investment Property Before, During, and Beyond EXPO 2020 ". The paper was presented by Dr. Monzer Hamwi, the real-estate consultant and the general manager of the academy which was followed by a hot disscussion about the real-estate's market and its indicators.
