David Fryer is a Dubai based Claims Manager and Claims Consultant with 35 years of claims experience. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, since 1972 having worked on many large claims in the Middle East, North and South America as well as the UK and Europe. Course Summary
Strategic Claims Management (FIDIC)

This course presents strategies and necessary skills for Owners, Owners’ representatives, and construction professionals including Engineers, Architects,  and Contractors to take the appropriate measures for claims avoidance and to manage claims through proper contract administration, document control and analysis of claims. The course also emphasizes on the effective dispute resolutions options and on the various settlement strategies.

This distinctive two day seminar has been designed to be practical based on the ‘hands-on’ experience of David who will present case studies and will have discussion sessions with the attendees.

 The participant will receive an official certificate from the the Canadian Academy's head office in Canada.
